Actually the Origin Achievement Sound almost killed me. When I got my first one in Inquisition, and the definetely-louder-than-ingame sound appeared through my 7.1 speaker system set on high volume, I almost got a heart attack from that surprising and loud sound.
That was pretty great. Bonus points for having Jennifer Hale say "pillowy man bosoms".
My banter's been fine but I definitely noticed that the music seems to be incredibly understated. There will be a swell at some points but 90% of the time I don't notice it except during events like fighting a dragon or storming a keep.

I still need to read the entire article, but a quick reply to Phase 3: thats the one i hate the most. That a game forces you to make such ridiculous decisions in the beginning of the game that you revert to online expertise to find out what the "best" way to play the game is.
