I feel you. I actually stared at the image for a few seconds, as my confused brain tried to decide if it’s the official art or a fan made since it’s different from what I remember.

Yup. That generic character design and art style, and the fact that the guy was basically talking to someone (you, the player) by addressing them as his “master”, yeah most likely a mobile game.

Persona games also have demons. They are the constant that ties Persona and SMT games together. If you’re familiar with the demons’ types/attacks/etc from SMT games you can surf through Persona 5 regular battles and demon management with ease.
