I’d say yes, it kinda feels like Sleeping Dogs, since it’s all hand-to-hand fights, with plenty of slick moves and some household items thrown in as melee weapons.

I bought the game (the JP version) solely for playing as Majima.

He’s just there to sell you items or upgrades by trading in the “completion” points. You know, points you get for example when you beat a certain number of enemies using one fighting style, gaining a certain amount of money from the real estate/hostess club mini game, etc.
