I had a similar experience with a qaalude once. I would never take another. I don't really like the feeling of drunkness either. I do, however, enjoy smoking pot.

Lots of things are dangerous. Alcohol produces many of those symptoms too. Also, it's a poison that can kill you. Cut and paste those symptoms for us.
Clearly they are hoping to get her career back on track. If she has a lifelong medical condition like schizophrenic or whatever, that will make her difficult to employ due to insurance. If they can blame an external thing - pot, alcohol, etc., and then say she's off it so is good to go - she's more easily hired.
