WTF? Skinny does not equal healthy. In many cultures, it equals poverty and illness. Even here, someone severely skinny looks like they either have an illness or an eating disorder. This being the "land of plenty" I usually go with eating disorder.

I'm sure it's balls to the wall for actors and crew when they are filming. Sometimes you're shooting in a great location, sometimes it's a challenging location. But the actors, at least the ones at Paltrow's level, walk away with MILLIONS. After taxes. So, there's that at least.
