Yeah he really puts a lot of heft into those swings. Something I noticed in TLJ when Rey picks up his lightsaber is just how *big* the handle is, too, compared to other sabers we’ve seen. It’s like one and a half times normal size.

If there’s anything the sequel trilogy has really nailed, it’s lightsaber fights. Just flashy enough to be stylish and cool, but narratively important and relatively short.

And that’s saying nothing of the creepy age difference between the two. I guarantee you they didn’t apply 1/2 age + 7 to that shit.

The biggest problem with Padme’s characterization is that she falls in love with Anakin.

I think she’s a great character that’s forced into a bad relationship for plot reasons.

I don’t understand how Padme can fall for a guy who is a) creepy, b) fascist leaning, and c) a murderer.
