I remember Joel from the old MR2 list. I had my 1st gen for 27 years, put over 300,000 miles on it. You talk about some hard core car people, the MR2 generates that kind of loyalty. Never understood why the car didn’t achieve some collector status - the 1st gen was designed in part by Lotus (Toyota owned a part of it

If you mean the first one, that's my car 😊

Damn! Not gonna lie, that little red MR2 is pretty sexy.

What about a Previa? That’s mid-engined.

Now playing

I recently rewatched these MR2 videos from Jalopnik (the first one hosted by Fancy Kristen):

I can’t see regular, non gaming customers respond well to it. I’d argue Ultra Switch sounds better but honestly, just a 2 makes the most sense.

My question is, will games be transferrable from one Switch to the Switch 2. If not, would they really expect people to pay for Super Smash Bros and all of its DLC twice?

... can they not name it the Switch 2?

*laughs in scanlation*

This is an informative article. I think most manga readers are still pretty confused over the whole “pay money for goods and services” thing when it comes to this medium.

They cut a lot of chapters. So, maybe ~60 chapters where adapted.

Yup, that’s an important clarification. The great things about FSR is that it’s card agnostic.

Ditto, Bebops faults were really in the concept and producers/writers room. They proved it can be great, they just kept messing it up by throwing 1 on 3 things. 1. The B storyline had 0 investment for the audience. (No one cared about Julia being a main character. She effectively derailed the majority of the scenes

I might check it, but I am still a bit sad Cowboy Bebop got cancelled. I actually liked it quite a lot for what it was! It tried some different stuff and it worked pretty well IMO. I was pleasantly surprised!

But I’m sure Netflix already had plans to cancel it before it even released, because Netflix is gonna Netflix.

Watched the first ten minutes or so before going to bed last night. I can already see ways where Oda might have advised tweaks to integrate material he developed later on - very much a “If I had known X would appear I would’ve used them sooner during Y” etc. But I can also already tell the narrative is moving along at

The fact that Garp gets comparatively more screen time in this, alone sells me on the show. I’ll definitely be watching it. My larger question, based on your minor critiques, would be how they pace the Arabasta sagar since it’s beefier with chapters and anime episodes.

Oh yeah, definitely picking this up tomorrow.

I can’t freakin wait.
