The YouTuber did nothing illegal. If you are mailed a product you did not order, you get to legally keep it, doesn’t matter if it was a mistake and it matters even less if it has a street date on it. Street dates are an agreement with a retailer and manufacturer and has no bearing upon a random person who gets it

I’m more pissed at Kotaku spoiling something within 24 hours of release then anything else. But they have to meet their spoiler in Titles quota somehow.

There is literally an unlockable infinite rocket launcher in Resident Evil Director’s Cut from 1997. What are you even talking about my dude.

Chris “unannounced bridge maintenance” Christie is weighing in on officials using the government to punish people they disagree with? Really?

All these basement dwelling incels that got an N64 in the 90s freaking out about this film is the most telling thing. Mario didn’t grow up with us and now its for a younger generation. Get over it.

This is hella melodramatic.  Videogame movies have always been a thing.  They did Uncharted recently.  The Resident Evil series.  Hitman.  Rampage.  The third Sonic is coming up.  I don’t understand the histrionics in this article.

The nerd press is going to stay mad that Nintendo decided that to not make a Mario movie for middle-aged nerds.

Gun worshipper then

That never happened, child. Now be quiet and let your betters talk.

Oh fuck off. Making up a scenario that doesn’t exist to say racism is somehow acceptable by comparison makes no sense.

Shut the fuck up, chud.

Name one instance where “trans people” (BTW, not all cross dressers are trans) are performing strip shows in kindergartens.

LOL. I mean if that’s what you think it is then you clearly agree with that reasoning.

They know its a bullshit argument. Microsoft doesnt care about the japanese market. If they did, they would put more effort into producing games that appeal to that audience. This is just a convenient excuse for them to move ahead with their acquisition.

Not many like W, but can accept that he wasn’t as bad as that angry orange in comparison.

Corporations are bad, but so are fascists. You don’t have to like Disney.  But that move was slick.

Because Disney originally had that power. Reedy Creek was set up by Disney and entirely populated by people with Disney’s interests. Now these functions are moved over to other departments that then cover the same things. They just kept those powers out of new hands. There is nothing really new here for them.

1. This is the goverment running a private business’ land for them.

2. They were talking about ‘changing the programming’ that disney aired. So they thought they were getting 100% control of the company.

3. They already had that control for decades, they were being punished for speaking against a discriminatory law.

You would think Microsoft could afford a valid argument based in facts as opposed to the shit they’re having their politicians shovel.

There’s an important element that I think more articles like this needs to bring up: Microsoft has an advantaged position in Washington among tech giants. They direct regulatory attention towards their rivals.
