Microsoft has done such a 180 and thrilled they are are following their competitors path rather than always trying to be different just to be different. With the new IE, being on GitHub, open sourcing .Net, supporting mac apps and iOS apps is of course all things they should have been doing before, but better late

Your title and the article throughout mentions Facebook Messenger, but the photo looks like standard Google Messenger and the link you reference goes to an article about Google Messenger. No coffee this morning or is this part of the increasing clickbait thing?

Denying someone the ability to have children is quite different. These people aren't born with a right to get loans. It's up to people to convince banks they are worthy of their loans since it's the banks money. So yes, they have to prove that right.

Mentions it uses Apache. Hopefully it also supports NGINX as any modern developer looking for a new service to install would use at least NGINX or Lighttpd. The big feature of the competitors is the ability to search text in any pdf or image such as all those scanned receipts which I don't think this has.

An important thing to note is your limited to files that are 2GB or less compared to Dropbox where you are only limited by the space you have. So you won't be able to store your HD videos with this service or backup large encrypted zips.

Not an Apple thing. It's a new open standard. Google just launched a new computer as well that uses the exact same port that can charge and transfer data and will appear it the majority of all moderately priced laptops in the future. Just use common sense, as this vulnerbility is not specific to this new port but

"Think about how often you've borrowed a stranger's power cable to get charged up." I'm thinking and that amount is 0. I've been to countless coffee shops, but if I bring my laptop I of course bring my own charger and if my battery is running low and no place to charge I leave. Obviously, if you use strangers devices

Kind of odd to throw Amazon Prime into that when comparing cost of traditional tv, since whether you cut the cord or not you would have Amazon Prime for shipping presumably.

Reminders on iOS is a horrible app, and the one that would have most benefited from going completely Flat Design but never did. WunderList, ToDoist and sorts are a million times better except for that fact that Siri only works with Reminders. For me, being able to tap the home button and make a note instantly without

Works for me. Though you have to do it on your actual iPhone to be able to download the profile after logging in.

If you have an iMac then you would only need one wire coming out the back to charge hypothetically. In reality, an iMac and most others would require more than 100w of power, so until those devices become more efficient you won't be able to.

Based on your wrist size. While in general men are bigger sized and bigger wristed than woman, there's a million exceptions to that rule. I'm a guy but a thin wrist so the larger size would be way too large and I'm sure there are many woman with thick wrists who would need the larger.

Yeah changing once per day is crazy. I can't imagine if I had to charge a device like my phone once per day while I was sleeping.... I mean what if I like to talk in my sleep, I wouldn't be able to if I had to charge once per day =)

The band. For 549 you get the plasticy band or 1kish you get the stainless steel band made from 100 parts that takes 9 hours to make by hand.

Very doubtful. Think how much the iPhone changes each year, fastest, lighter, more space, new bluetooth, better battery, etc. While you may be able to upgrade your band, very doubtful you'll be able to upgrade your watch. Most people upgrade their iPhones every 2 years and skip the minor updates in the in between

All the prices were listed on the apple store as soon as the keynote finished. They most expensive model listed is 17K.

Except all the people who beta test these apps before the general public are power users who use Google Apps and thus can't use the app. Google always launches for Google App users last and I think that is their fatal flaw. If you get power users to love the app, they will share it with their regular friends who look

What's the verification process? That is I'm assuming they would have to verify you live there through Postal mail like they do when you verify you own a business otherwise anyone could blur out anyone elses home.

I think it should be mentioned that iMessage has always supported Facebook already. Just add your account as a jabber account and have native support. No need for this buggy app.
