This article is incorrect in regards to the audio settings. The settings you have shown will only play stereo from iTunes.

@showbiz2: I was under the impression (aka. Read somewhere) that as long as you keep your subscription it's okay to make a copy. The moment cancel your subscription you have to delete those copies though.
