"This is mine, and this is mine, and this right here? ALL MINE."

In a classic moment of human-feline misunderstanding, the sailor shook Her Majesty's paw, rather than kissing it as protocol required.

Hey, look, a transphobic troll! I in no way expected to see this exact, poorly thought out comment from some entitled asshole in the grays.

They have a responsibility not to say racist bullshit and acknowledge that the world is not full of only white people and that white people are the only ones reading their magazine. Is that what you're trying to justify?

Your username is perfect for this comment.

I went on Fark yesterday and saw a few comments about this. Things like "Too bad I will get banned for saying what I want" and "Oh, can't comment on this because my civil rights are being stomped on". I find it extremely telling of people when the only comment they can add to a story is a misogynistic one. If that

I feel this announcement was read loudly and conspicuously in a lot of website offices when the boss had his door open. And then everyone (except for that asshole Mark in accounting who everyone is positive is a Tea Partier) glared at said boss' office, commenting loudly: "BOY THAT SURE DOES SOUND NICE. WHADDYA THINK,

This is such a good point. My sister and I are polar opposites. I was the booksmart-competition-motivated-pushing-makes-me-work-better-kid. She was the creative type who wilted in competition and had unusual skills due to learning disabilities. She went on to go to NFL nationals and was a finalist multiple times.

Some of my favorite students ever were what are euphemistically called "nontraditional students" or "returning students." This is in part because they actually have a goal for being there, rather than just not knowing what else to do with their lives, and in part because they have their shit together in general. So

I can't speak for all trans women, but I will speak for myself (and I hope some of the trans women regular readers will do so as well, in a respectful and understanding manner). Your concerns should be addressed, and I hope I can do so.

I went to school with her for a few years. She always looked immaculate and well dressed and stunningly, shiningly perfect-looking, and she presented herself very well, and she was always a few minutes early and had neat handwriting and had her rough drafts done early and ready for editing, and made well-reasoned

Can people who are normally progressive please stop excusing the Duggars for their reprehensible views just because they seem nice and the show is a fun train wreck?

YES. The only thing skinny jeans do for me is raise my disposable income level—I've given up on buying jeans at all. I'm just going to ride it out in my years old boot cuts until this does finally pass.

Wow, I can't believe this story is here on jezebel. I took Brad's yoga classes for ages. He was a truly kind and gentle person. He had a sort of maternal, healing spirit. This is so shocking and sad. Our town (Sebastopol, CA) is devastated. He was a very popular guy in our community.

Ah, the old fruit/sausage diet.

Seriously, how is she so perfect?!?! She's talented, beautiful, kind, well-spoken, and sounds like a hell of a lot of fun! And most astounding part is that she's so casual about it.

The most important takeaway from this story is #notallmen, clearly.

The wedding was scheduled for last week so it's not like she turned into Miss Havisham! Let her be sad about it for a week, dude.

But Mark, how can you deny the solid "bitches be crazy and men's money is more important than all the things!" reasoning of the OP?

He could have said "I am not going to marry you."
