The one and only time I'd ever heard the term loose meat was at my son's 1st birthday party. My mom had made sloppy joes and our next door neighbor, 90 something, asked me if i could get the recipe for the "loose meat." It makes me laugh every time we have joes.

Anti-Matter is my favorite. Both of them flow in out so seamlessly.

He shared this beauty when he
hosted the ESPYS:''I was watchin' last night, I saw, speed, uh, speed skating.
And, uh, my goodness, you know? Could the outfits they wear be any tighter?
Holy Lord! There was an East German woman, I swear, you could see the outline
of her entire penis.''

I told my son this morning it's probably a zombie movie.

The Satanist. I dig rituals.

Same here. But in thinking about it, when ever I've had Brie or similar, these is always apples and other fruit involved. Or maybe it's the wine I'm sloshing it down covering up the taste. I've always enjoyed the pairing.

It made me laugh too. I couldn't believe he was actually funny.

Drank coffee in a can every morning i was there. Only time in my life I could tolerate sweetened coffee.

This may make me a peasant, but my favorite Karaage was at Gyoza no Ohsho. The waffle house of Japan. The gyoza was incredible as well. Could have been the grease…

Fun book, which changed my impressions of Sidney.

I'll also throw my hat in for "Ralph's World". It's fun and easy to sing along to in the car. And, sort of rocks.

Man, I fucking LOVE "Second Coming"!!! I play it more than the first disc. I always thought of it as the after party.

My brother-in-law took me to see this turd. It was an exclusive screening with the author himself and his dick friends. The audience of backward hat wearing Troglodyte salad ate up every little story. Q&A was just a put down session to demonstrate their superior coolness. Then this shitabulous piece of art rolled.

my thoughts too

Agree, nice article. I find it really interesting that most folks find SK in their early teens. I remember thinking of his writing as 'grown up', and that I had found a portal into adulthood.

YES!! Listened to BB breakdown last year. Really inventive way to celebrate these masterpieces.

I was just playing "En Focus" to my son the other day in the car. That use of Atomic Dog is so fucking good.

Thank you, that article is all I could picture as I eventually gave up on this one.

Dave Grohl - " The Pick of Destiny"

I always implied that to mean nuclear war, though it never straight up mentions it. I may have taken it too literally.
