Their panel gaps are the worst...

All manufacturers need to do this.  Most UI in cars are trash.

Def on my list as well. Race of Champions is up in Finland in a few weeks. Not sure I’ll make that, but cool to know it’s ‘close by’. We have some Finnish-Swede friends here who say ‘10 hours to Finland or you’re not Finnish!’, and that’s the WIFE saying that lol

    Zackly.

Well, Copernicus, I’m a 50-something born and raised New Yorker now living in Sweden, so there’s that.

THIS. 100% But they better hurry, I’m sure GM will pull the plug if there’s too much hemming and hawing. An F1 team for GM is a ‘nice to have’, not a ‘must have’.

Is the VIN physically etched on the metal plate?  If you don’t have the Reg. in the glovebox...

    “RRR” for pure awesomeness.

No “Trilogy of Terror” with Karen Black??? C’moooooooon!

What they should have done, but would never, because (rugged American individualism) is continue with metal plates and connect the plate number to the VIN like they do here in Sweden (maybe elsewhere in EU as well). Every plate is mated to that vehicle until it’s scrapped or exported (tiny VIN etched into corner),

    Dumbest. Idea. Ever.

Yeah, I’m an American AMG/Euro/F1 snob/fan, but it would be kick ass for GM/Andretti to do what Ford did in the 60's with the GT40 program. My fear is that the clock (for Andretti) is already ticking. GM as history has shown (in other categories) and with new products, sees an F1 entry as a ‘nice to have’, but they

    GOD. THIS.

    Double ‘D’ in ‘tiddy’...lol

Loooool, thx but I don’t need landscape in the center as I’m not driving with it.

This.  In F1 most drivers let go of the wheel and brace for impact.

I am of the mind that OLED displays in cars should only be portrait (or at least adjustable/concealable). And a bit smaller. Less area to reach/swipe on while driving. Ergonomics 101 really.

Damn shame, Ken seemed like a real decent human being above all.  He will be missed.
