Start by replacing everything made of plastic under the hood, always a good start.

AMB 1.8T (Iron block, big-ish turbo). Loves the winter, tho. Took it with me when I left NYC, now in Sweden.
‘92. Early-OBDII and power everything. My lovable shoe-eating dog of a B6 A4 Avant was a nightmare. Almost done replacing everything on it lol.Upside as it was a real education; I can now disassemble and reassemble in the dark. Better car all around now though, and as you know our cars look even better now than they…
The original looks better and better every year. So sculptural on the road, with is rotund rear end. Newer models are also cool, they look like they’re leaping off the line while stationary. Great way to push a super car low key.
É Stata La Mano di Dio (the Hand of God). Great coming of age story, wildly entertaining. The kid’s entire family is nuts! 8/10
The Moses Rosenthaler story was the best part, and his relationship with Léa Seydoux’s bossy, jail guard, nude muse Simone. Animation toward the end was good and the overall set design is as always exquisite. I kept nodding off in 90 second batches, so I resigned myself to see the film as a series of vignettes. …
Yes, this.
With HAAS they’d have to basically start from scratch...
Red Bull has entered the chat...maybe...
THIS.
The Audi tax shits on the Marc tax, just sayin. (*owns Audi)
Refurbish it, keep it bone stock. Get MBUSA parts, find a good tech in your neighborhood (or close by) You’ll be glad you did. (AND PLEASE, PLEASE...STAY AWAYS FROM JEGS!)
Saw it. Old enough to remember when drivers had more input (but cars had less tech, bar the Williams’ of the early 90s) Now the best teams design the car around their (No.1) driver, power unit, etc. That was McLaren's problem a few years back wanting to design a cokebottle shape chassis around an incompatible power…
Lewis was dealing with (I suspect) personal issues off-track. Pussycatdoll related smh.
Carlito is the man, I tell you. Fast and can run a team from INSIDE THE CAR. Great racer’s brain on him. The Smooooooth Ohh-pehr-ehtoooooooorrrrrrr. 🌶
Weird, man- wonder why Jalop writes sh*t on new upcoming companies with actual new ideas and use the vaporware subtext, GM/Ford/Chrysler are circling the drain and most likely gone within the next 20 10-15 years. Shouldn’t we be celebrating these new companies? Hell, statistics already prove that more cars are made…
If any American driver’s going to have half a snowball’s chance to get to F1, they’re going to have to move to Europe. Michael Andretti in the 90's and (part of) HaasF1 are proof positive of that. Foreign (EU/Asia/SA) drivers who come to dominate or at least podium in IndyCar move to the States. It’s the only way.
They’ll be competing with INEOS on water so all Merc need to now do is build a couple stunt planes. We’ll have the RB/Merc-Ineos battle on land, sea and air.
I’d say the Greatest statistically, and certainly overall as a driver who (largely) relies(d) on his skills, talent and experience instead of the kamikaze mentality when it got down to the wire, basically torpedoing opponents (Senna, my hero) and Schumi who tried it successfully in ‘95, but failed in ‘96 and ‘97…
In yet another completely different car. Could be good in 2022.
