Couldn't agree more. Blacks are pros at NOT following the rules, then pulling out the race card when things don't go their way. Also, that kid does not look 8 years old in the pic that they did take. 

I wonder how it can be RACIST to have a copy of the school’s policies and procedures, NOT READ IT, send the kid for picture day, then flip out when a rule effects your kid. This kid is in the third grade and Mommy and Daddy have already turned her into a “victim”!

Rules are rules. It would be chaos if everyone showed up without guidelines. That is why there are private photographers and studios. She could have expressed herself like the above on her own time, and dime.
