A timely topic for me as I've fairly recently developed a fascination for old fountain pens. I've been building my collection (most recent purchase is a Mabie Todd Swan from 1910), and if you're going to have fountain pens, it only makes sense to learn to write with them.

Every time I see that clip of Daniel Craig pausing to tidy up his suit after jumping onto the train, I get more excited to see this film. That little tiny moment right there is the epitome of James Bond in my mind.

Although definitely in the "weirdly disturbing" category, I might add Lazarus Long and Maureen Johnson ("Time Enough For Love," The Number of the Beast," and "To Sail Beyond The Sunset" - Robert A. Heinlein).

And THIS is exactly what each of the sequels missed. Temple of Doom *kind of* retained a bit of that feeling, but by Last Crusade it was completely gone. Indy became a cartoon that couldn't get hurt.

I read the last sentence of this article as: "Most probably, the failed iPad mini will arrive..."

Oh come on! How is Total Recall *not* on this list as a spy-fi movie? Quaid builds himself a Mars super-spy fantasy that (maybe) becomes real...

I had a discussion once with a friend who absolutely HATES science fiction and fantasy movies. Her argument were that they aren't "realistic." Yet her favorite movies are romantic comedies.

I can't be the only one that is really tired of "alternate timeline" and/or time travel stories.

It's easier ONLY in the sense that you can find the gun you want through an Internet search. But really, the "ease" or "convenience" really depends on the laws of the state.
