We have a similar issue where people report an issue but don't report it's urgency. Or they hyperinflate urgency so lessor issues get put before bug issues. I am not sure how to resolve this, usually once I get copied on an issue report, I can prioritize it and get it escalated if necessary but unfortunately I am only

We have two cars. One is really only used to get my husband to and from work. My car gets used to run all errands and take the dogs places and us on vacation and to see friends and family. It would be great to get rid of the second car but that means my husband would have to take public transportation to and from

Overall be prepared and don't depend on anyone but yourself for a good trip!

Pretty much all I do is small issue resolution. But a "sky is falling" mentality is the worst thing you can have. And when something goes wrong, acting like the whole system is down when really no part of the system is down just gives the perception that someone is at fault (and normally an IT person) and then it

This is the best advice I can give most people who I work with at my company. They actually do make ziploc bags big enough! We love those. I carry trash bags anyway to use for my protection, my bags, protection or to use for trash!

This is how I deal with all my clothes (except underwear and socks, which get worn once and once or twice respectively). I try to only have to wash my clothes once a week and normally it is just underwear, socks, shirts and pjs.

Wear underwear, helps to keep the jeans a little cleaner through multiple wears!

I had lots of issues until I finally bought me a Skooba mini stable off of Amazon (they have a large one too and a set with both). It is nice b/c it fits in all my bags (my rolling case, my backpack, my computer bag) and it carries all my stuff (and some extra stuff). I would get everything together you need, then

That is super bold. Does not surprise me, some people will steal anything.

All four lessons I can completely agree with and add, don't fly American Airlines either, stuff just magically disappears from baggage there too (and stuff that you would not think people would steal b/c I don't pack any "valuables")!
