Well, for me as someone who grew up with Action RPGs from the 90s, Jade Empire's combat system is pretty standard fair for me.

Another prime example of creativity and variety of Japanese games. However, I'm not into motion control games, so it's gonna be a pass for me.

It's a good start. I'd say they should regulate the whole rule and tighten the review submit standard from the users like you know, only allow regular reviewers submit reviews. In that way, not only it improves the quality, also it may be a birth place for many credible future game journalists or writers.

I still can't get over the much hyped "emotional" yet ridiculous paper thin story and I basically loath any game that glorifies patriotism in it. Yeah, I know. there are tons of humor and quirky moments in the game despite it being military action.

This game can't come out soon enough. The western gaming market is saturated with shooters and first person view games or sports games. I really wish western companies can pick up their creative pace and make some colorful games as well.

Haven't played the game but I'm very doubtful about if I would enjoy it. First person view and zombies are generally huge turn off for me nowadays but I'm also a sucker for loot and quests. However I doubt the paper thin storyline will be any interesting. Well I guess I'll try it out and see.
