"its ridiculous for someone to be prosecuted for modifying something that they legally purchased and own. "

How can I trust a company? It all depends on the individual game and other things. No company is perfect.

It's not offensive to me but I don't find it "goofy" or funny either. It's just downright stupid and juvenile in my opinion. I'm sure a lot of people will find this amusing, but it's just not cup of tea.

Same feeling. These kind of stupid jokes are never funny for me and it's usually more of hoax or gimmick instead of some "feature".

Wow, that's a lot of shooters out there. Well, the only games interests me are The Witcher 2 and L.A Noire. Might try out inFamous 2 when it gets cheap.

That's the only reason I can think of because a hangman picture is not that offensive if it's not related to the history.

I think it's reasonable to see where they are coming from on this. For anyone who cares a little bit more about the history can have a read of this:

Can anybody what's going there? I'm totally confused after watching it. -__-

Then just find new ways to ban them. I think there should be zero-tolerate policy on this issue.

As I stated in many other online gaming related issue, the industry should develop a mechanism to block/ban all the offenders and hate speech. If they cannot be banned, at least group them so they can play with their own people.

Well I won't miss another shooter canceled. It's not like there isn't a bunch in the market already.

This remind me of some stupid person selling his video game related lunch box for hundreds of thousands on eBay.

Maybe unrealistic and naive, but I think they should implement a system to automatically detect/sort/filter/ban people who do those and have zero-tolerance policy against sexist/racist or hate speech. If some douchbags want to have fun, they can go with their same kind, leaving the online community healthy and

I think the people above me have already said what needs to be said.

Well, there's where we differ~~~

Wow, I'm surprised they are still charging for it.

If they really have the quality of stylish Japanese character design instead of some bland looking characters with big boobs, I'd be so happy.

It's the opposite.

Yeah, I remember seeing all the straps, ropes and cloth on character's attire flatly printed just like tattoo.

Never take it seriously when developers say game's emotional or personal or whatever word they use. It's usually just false hype.
