I won’t be. 7 and change months sober (one exception for the Star Wars party. Holy shit I forgot what a mega-super-ultra hangover felt like). It’ll be weird, my folks big thing is their Xmas eve party where everyone gets LIT. Seeing it through sober eyes will probably prove terrifying, lol.

That is amazing of Taylor Swift! Katy Perry also does big charity work for kids, UNICEF, AIDS and made huge donations to Planned Parenthood. They both rock but if this spurs them to donate more it’s a competition I endorse!

This and the US gymnastics sex abuse are the latest examples of why I give the side eye to organizations that are for and comprised of women but have men in most positions of power.

My love of a little story franchise called Outlander began with A Princess for Christmas. Watched that, checked IMDB, had a Starz free weekend and a fan was born. I’ve read all the books and am anxiously awaiting the next one!  Hallmark Christmas movies have a special place in my heart.
