I own a subaru wrx. Depending what statistics you look at is either the most or worst reliable car. Had it for 5 years no problems. Though i'm not sure how many clutch dumps it could handle. I say single digit numbers.

@AustinMiniMan: I agree; In the end it will be. Hmm this part costs 500 bucks to replace but the car is worth 1500; time to donate the car. I'm not a fan of air suspension either for this reason. Also LCD clusters will be like this too.

Why would someone want to connect this. Most likely someone who owns the iPad also owns an iPhone or iPod. Basicly an iSomething thats small that keeps music. I usually don't take anything with me other than my wallet and phone when I drive so this isn't really an issue for me.

I think all the crappy cars from the movie Gung Ho were better than the crap that came out in the 80's. I just can't get over how enemic the cars drove; and any car that actually had power were "coupes" that had doors that weighed as much as the engine.
