The 90's were pretty peaceful. You have the devil’s choice between Rwanda and Kosovo to choose from if you want to argue blood through action or inaction, but you have to pick one or the other. Not both.

There are extremes. Generally, my experience is either great or the long wait. The middle ground is what I lost after GB surgery.
Preach!
I would refer you to #4 which begins “The solution is ..”
This is a bad take and many people seem to have fallen into the trap, so let me explain what the article failed to adequately addresses.
“have emerged in the distant future”
It’s amazing to me the number of people just peachy with the concept of hacking people’s personal communications. We had a President resign in disgrace over basically the same thing, but somehow the fact that it was Russia or some other anonymous hacker and we just thank then. People have the right to expect privacy…
I think you’re the one outed as not fun at parties on this one.
My vote. Primitive Technologies.
I’m looking forward to this no matter what people say, I do wish it wasn’t on fox though. And I miss me Tim Curry ... going to have to watch Clue this weekend.

It doesn’t work that way. The amount of energy to increase in speed goes up as your speed increases. Eventually it would take, literally, infinite energy to get up to light speed. We’d stop accelerating way way before this happened. Think more along the lines of a thousand years++
I’d love to see a high resolution shot of these storms in infra-red and ultra-violet.
I’m not one to be particularly bothered by these things writ large, but it struck me that the main cast was 3 genius scientist and 1 person over qualified for their job and I could have guessed without being told that of the three white actors and one black actor which one wasn’t a scientist.
That’s an actual religious thing. It’s to make washing your feet easier. In many places in the world, the higher the jeans (without being shorts) the more “spiritually conservative.”
no.
Could not disagree with you more here. His apparent apathy is what makes him a perfect conduit for the audience in the story. The whole point is, if this were real, you wouldn’t care. You’re all dead on the inside and real life is just as meaningless as fantasy. You long for love, but it’s as much a fantasy as the…
Keep his daughter, make him a transsexual male. Problem solved. "I’m her mother actually.” Done.
