They’re not edgelords. They aren’t meme-ing or playing a game. This isn’t a troll.

They believe these things. Always remember that, and treat them that way.

I mean, photogrammatry was right there, but I respect the hustle

photogrammetry

Oh god. Another clicker game for me to obsess over for about a couple weeks.

I read your comment. I disagree. Is everything you disagree with disingenuous or stupid?

Israel’s an independent nation, people. Let it handle it’s own damn problems.

So we should let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Got it.

Right... so we should do nothing.

That’s been their game plan for quite some time. Kind of like, in the U.S., not being able to criticize any of our wars because it means you hate the troops. Fast food logic.

This basically forces the site that hosts to be an incredibly precise gatekeeper by preventing ANY AND ALL possible copyright infringement. Since infringement is subjective (in many cases it’s not claer cut), to prevent liability it would requires draconian and incredible vetting, and thus cost would skyrocket.
So the

It’s draconian simply because all of the big companies that likely heavily lobbied for this that are crying about piracy and copyright infringement only care about the short-term in their outlook. Whatever makes the shareholders happy now and (theoretically) makes them more money now is what they shoot for every time.

More or less credible than netanyahu’s “the muslims convinced hitler to do the holocaust?”

That’s what I call a mic drop. She nailed it. Bibi is trying to maintain his eroding grip on power, and this should give the opposition fuel to oust him. I hope.

It’s also useful in some circles. If you get to declare any criticism at all as being anti- semitic, then you never have to actually argue idea vs idea, just call your opponent a bigot and go have a pint.

And if Obama genuinely was just asking Democrats to be prepared to answer these questions, here’s some good news—we’ve got some pretty good answers already.

I’m not a legal scholar either, but my understanding is that if the challenge hinges upon a different aspect of the law (as a SCOTUS ruling really only settles the legal question that precipitated the ruling in the first place), then it can travel through the court system all the way back up to the SCOTUS again.

This

I would change races immediately if I could play that.

OK, but if they must run drills, maybe don’t run drills where people get shot with... anything? What actual good does that do, what lesson is being learned by poorly simulating the least desirable outcome of the scenario? That’s like teaching a world history class by showing The Man in the High Castle.

Counterpoint: If Donald Trump is guilty of impeachable offenses, then he should be impeached.

Not gonna lie.
