Clearly some kind of ninja trickery, as he looks just like most other anime character ever created.
Clever.

just like in Minecraft

While I can see how people are disappointed, I do think in a way it’s really cool after reading the last tweet from Pratchett. It’d be neat if more franchises gave us different types of games in the same world that we like (another example of this is Hyrule Warriors). As Pratchett said, this doesn’t stop them from

This goddamn thing...It still scares me.

lawyers

WOW grats kotaku you shed spotlight on this...then they dissapear because nintendo enforcemetn team shat over them

Let the Magikarp era begin!

yeah, Kotaku authors must be really skittish people. Their examples of terrifying and of "nightmare fuel" tend to refer to rather innocuous, though somewhat strange things

But not full games.

That would have been pretty nice if they'd used the full games.

"hope there isn't a Turbo edition somewhere down the line"

This took them a sweet while to make, since their last stable update was in March '14, but the amount of hate the devs got in the last weeks wasnt really justified. I've heard and read so many "this game is dead, no update in half a year and more" etc speeches and reviews, it's really amazing. Like, really, there have

but you don't really know what the orc chief did to Farmer Ted before axing him in the back. Or after.

Nope, just replace rape with a senseless, brutal death, and the joke's ok for everyone!

I was somewhat interested in this game until I read it was Japan-only with no prospects of a US release.

I'm gonna assume you've never played a Dead Rising game? They're not really that serious, I mean to be fair they do have some serious elements but the focus tends to be (atleast imo) more on dark humor and having fun.

Good Riddance. The service was terrible, many times I didn't receive my stuff, and they worded the Smash Bros soundtrack promotion terribly to the point where I got fucked out of it. I bought Smash 3DS on January 6th, the eShop said all you had to do was register it to get the soundtrack along with the Wii U game
