Yes, they are technically illegal in Seattle city limits, but we live 2 blocks north of the edge. They are making the best of it over there, and its still 3 hours from any kind of darkness here on the west coast. And the poor dog wont get a chance to recover until about February, because Sundays are really bad around…

I live on the southern most edge of sw Seattle. 2 blocks from the city line. Fireworks are illegal within the city limits, but not outside, and they make the best of it over there. I don’t think I am exaggerating when I say it sounds like a war zone from 9pm to 3am.

I hate this holiday. It is loud and scary for some of us.
