This is what some people fail to grasp. They won’t do the apps and get free food or coupons. Unless you don’t have an email address and live off grid - they already have your data - you should monetize it the most you can.

Kiosks can and do accept cash, if you use the right one. All of my local stores with self checkouts have ones that accept cash - not all of the kiosks though but at least a couple. Lowes, Home Depot, all 3 grocery stores...

I saw someone in my neighborhood with a “cold dead hands” sticker on their F-350 and my first thought was - that could be arranged.

If you read the article in the same way I did, it seems the home owner lived downstairs and rented the upstairs as a unit - meaning the new owner had no legal obligation to keep that lease since it wasn’t a separate unit.  

This is where Kwikset smartkey was a godsend in our rentals. Renter moved out? I had 5 different key patterns and sets of keys that I could rekey each lock with in minutes. Worked well for locking tenants out too.  I could even set ‘temporary’ locks for the times when we didn’t have renters but needed to let people in…

As a (former) landlord, all of these questions had answers outlined in our lease, of which a copy was given to anyone who asked AND to anyone who applied.

Every single one of these articles introduces me to something I had no idea was a problem for parents, and makes me eternally grateful that we don’t and never will have kids.  

This is awesome!  I’ve ALWAYS wanted to go to Malta.  I have a maltese (sitting next to me right now in fact) and ever since we got him I joke about seeing his birthplace.  He’s actually from Dallas....but I do want to go to Malta!

There are some Ford owned units out and about and some test units, not sure what plates those have.

Infrastructure, put simply, are those things that my tax dollars go towards that I use.  Long term care is not that.  Full stop.  

They’re a little lean and can be gamey but calling them not delicious is a lie or you’ve never had good rabbit.  

You and I have the same problem - 2020 was actually pretty good to me. A new job with a nice raise, we made significant progress on paying off our house, I lost a ton of weight, took up new hobbies, no one I know died of Covid, I didn’t miss anything other than a trip to Hawaii for our 10th anniversary.

As someone commented, it’s really about the physical capacity of the runway and what aircraft it can handle.  We did have some non-stop flights to Canada and Mexico at one time.  But yes, it does suck that almost any flight requires a connection through somewhere.
