I’m glad everyone else is catching on to brisket for breakfast. I too balked at it when my local taco joint opened and had brisket breakfast tacos but now I buy way more BBQ brisket than my spouse and I can eat in a meal so we have leftovers for brisket and eggs the next morning.

I’ve ordered It’s Just Wings 4 or 5 times now.  I have great DoorDash perks thanks to my Chase Sapphire Reserve and their wings are pretty legit.  Big portions and great fries too.  And a couple orders of deep fried oreos never hurts either.  

By that point I could have done them in my regular oven - 27 mins in an air fryer?

I was a part of the team that built the data system that Hertz uses now and one of the things we had to do was to consolidate data from all of the Hertz franchises and owned entities.

As an IT person who worked for the Hertz accounting department for 3 years - it is 100% not a lie. They did not have consolidated systems in 2011 and did not have a central database of all rentals and receipts.

No, the infrastructure will come when there is demand for it.  You don’t build out the infrastructure first and hope people use it eventually.

Propane, grill mats. Almost zero cleaning and better/easier than cast iron in my opinion.

Loving my Daniel Boone Prime Plus thus far.  I’ll say the Prime Plus might be overkill - the wifi is fine but not really necessary.  Same with the window and light.  But it makes great food so far!
