The correct answer is Casey’s. Great pizza (and not just great for gas station pizza, legit taco, bfast and sausage pizza), good chicken and sandwiches, awesome snacks.

Wait - southwest MO and you’re not here extolling Casey’s? I used to live in Rolla and now I’m in OK and we FINALLY got a Casey’s here and I’ve been getting pizza weekly.
Yes, they will. Heck, if the Chiefs make it back I’m doing my best to be there in person. ALMOST went last year and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t.
What would change? It’s not like Doritos switched from sugar to corn syrup or drastically changed their recipes over the years. The only thing you think you taste is nostalgia and I could give you that taste with retro packaging.
You need your taste buds checked and your takeout card revoked if you think that.
I’m a Biden voter but there’s not much he can do. Schools are controlled by the states and local districts - I can almost guarantee that my local superintendent and schools won’t take anything Biden offers.
There are still AIDS/HIV deniers and people who think the holocaust didn’t happen so.....I dunno what to tell you
My dad had a mid 2000's Buick Regal GS with the S/C 3.8 and holy cow was that fun. I’ve always wanted to swap that engine into something else, maybe my Miata. It’s a beast of an engine with plenty of power and easy mods to make more power and it’ll still get close to 30 mpg if you don’t have a lead foot.
Use an insurance broker. They know the general rules for how each insurance company works and they can steer you to the ones who won’t require proof. They’re great! Can I get un-greyed as well?
That’s not amazing - that’s scary as fuck. And I say that as a gun owner who lives in one of the states Vermont residents can carry in. We also have permitless concealed carry.
2 things - payments are never locked in. I had a fixed rate mortgage originate in 2015 on my current house. Payments started at $1776 a month. Fast forward to June of this year and payments went up to $2016 a month due to SunTrust not knowing how to calculate escrow. My insurance didn’t go up and my taxes went up a…
I agree with you however you also have those assholes that are convinced that your trash cans being out are lowering their home value. Or that one guy who doesn’t care what his house is worth and treats it like crap.
With that grammar and spelling I think you belong back in school, even a shitty one.
Nope - there are consequences for your actions when you don’t follow the rules. There was no worry about transmission between teams, those players that were at risk didn’t play!
Landlord here - there’s a waiting list of people for my properties. Even now I get texts/calls/emails weekly asking if my properties are vacant or if I have more properties. Worst case scenario if I can’t find a renter? I sell the properties. Prices are high AF right now and plenty of people have money to invest and…
As a landlord, you’re right. My rent houses are paid off so the mortgage moratorium doesn’t help me and I’m still responsible for taxes, insurance and maintenance. Where’s that money supposed to come from? Will I get paid back for the lost rent? By whom?
Serious question - is the poverty line set on a state by state basis? Surely $300 goes a lot further in MS than it does in CA.
Plus, once your house is paid off NO ONE can take it away from you (provided you pay your taxes). That’s a pretty solid reason right there. Lose your job? At least you still have housing.
That’s fine. Just know at the end of 30 years we’ve both spent about the same amount of money and I wind up with a paid off asset in my name worth $350k or more (completely discounting the fact that my house will be paid off in 7 years total and then no one can take away my housing unless I don’t pay my taxes).
As someone who owns their own IT business in OK - your plate is more spot on than you know. I’d say roughly 40% of my customers use AOL or Hotmail or Yahoo in some fashion daily. I’d say another 15% PAY for access to AOL or Hotmail or Yahoo features.
