As I get older and get more time and disposable income (yay childfree DINK) it seems I buy new consoles closer and closer to launch.

It’s a distant concern only for a while.  There’s a tipping point when a company no longer gets employees due to their perception from previous employees.  We’ve got a few places like that here.  

Labor strikes benefit no one. The companies will just use scab workers, the unions or those striking wind up losing power and influence and even if they get what they want they lose public perception.

Explain how it’s important that the brake power be within 50% of each other?  

They didn’t do pre-orders to determine initial customer interest and volume so that’s kind of on them.  If you’re someone who doesn’t have a Bronco reserved and you want one when they come out - expect to pay a premium, yes.  But if you’ve got one reserved then they’re building it for you specifically and there won’t…

I’ve not really gotten anywhere other than with my spouse (who went from not voting to voting but not sure for who to voting for Biden, which will still be a waste in my state but it’s something) and my dad.

This is why we need live on screen fact checking during the debates.  No one bothers to read them after the fact.  

I actually posted the recent Atlantic article that accuses Trump of hating and mocking his Christian followers. I’m a Christian (but not a Trump voter/fan) so I posted it for my fellow Christian friends.

Those are the people I’ve been trying to reach out to.  I tell them just because they voted for Trump in ‘16 doesn’t mean they have to vote for him now.  They can admit that he’s lied and stolen and not been a good leader.  It’s the sunk cost fallacy.  

So I actually can see him leaving peacefully. Why? He’s a chump, a pushover. He boasts and talks big but if anyone actually pushes him, he backs down. Lots of words, little action.

I had olives over in France and Germany and Austria last year. I know - not Italy or Spain or Greece but I still wasn’t very impressed.

They know we can just switch dealers at pretty much any time if we don’t like what we’re getting and some people have gotten written commitments out of their dealers.

My wife used to work for an advertising agency that had subway as a client. We had a local thing for weight loss and Jared came to speak and congratulate the winners.

I work for a restaurant supplier.  It’s been rough to say the least.  Most of our competitors are down 50% or more.  We adapted and started re-tooling to make some products that would sell during the pandemic and we’re down about 25%.  

I’ve gotten spicy nuggs thrice now, at 2 different locations and I have yet to get any hot sauce.  I even asked at a third location when I was getting breakfast, just in case, and they were also out.  

I’m more familiar with Ecobee over Nest but on my Ecobee I did have to opt in to the money saving mode and tell it how much I was willing for it to deviate from my set temps in order to save money. I’m sure Nest had something similar so I wonder if you neglected to turn that option on or opt in.
