I definitely learned this in school, and it's a pet peeve of mine when people include an extraneous "and," especially in the year. For example, 2001 is two-thousand-one, not two-thousand-and-one.

I noticed that there were two directors listed in the credits. One for the Helen segment, and another for the Noah one. I don't remember seeing an episode split like that before.
