Idk. I see her as still learning the ropes and figuring out her place more than being backup. She just doesn't know where she fits yet. She can't fit like the rest of the CGs, she isn't comfortable fusing yet, she would be the technician if Pearl wasn't there. She just has to find her niche, then she'll be a full CG.

I really thought the Leslie sketch was leading up to taking over for Baldwin. Like she would get the yes from Lorne in the filmed bit and immediately walk out and begin a Trump sketch.

Same. I really thought lapis was going to poof her so she could be leader for a while.

"We'll pick them up on the way back!" Proceeds to completely abandon them.

First off I love Lapis' new personality vs her old scared, panicky one.

Great episode! Loved the reprise on the ledge. Absolutely perfect. And the scene with her in the hospital made me almost cry. But it did make me wonder, are the songs a symptom of her mental disorders of just a thing she likes to do? And if they are related to her illnesses will we get less as she gets more healthy?

Never. He's not good enough for her. She deserves Astronaut Mike Dexter or better.

I wouldn't call them insane for helping her. They just witnessed their friend almost commit suicide because of his stupid actions.

I think Pink was basically her sister and she doesn't know how to process this level grief any other way besides suppression.

She's deeply lonely and desperate at her core. For years her only friend was Josh and now she doesn't even have him. Rebecca just happened to be the first person to reach out to her after the break up. Grocery Clerk with Half an Eyelid could've befriended her just as easily in that state.

It's not clear if he's hallucinated or actually magic

So if Regina is going to accept that this Robin Hood isn't just part of a wish, doesn't that also make her guilty of double regicide?

She wasn't really objectifying. Her message was that guys should be comfortable with their dick size. Because no matter the size, Leslie Jones work it.

Don't listen to them. It's the best.

I don't know. Asher doesn't really seem like a douchebag to me. He just seems like a goofy guy who really wants friends.

So is Angela Bassett playing Angela Bassett playing the drunk cop, or is Angela Bassett playing a struggling actress playing the drunk cop?

I get what you're saying but I still think she meant it as an absolute thing. If she didn't mean it that way I don't think she would've said "a rose quartz" and "an amethyst". She would've just said "Rose Quartz and Amethyst".

"I think a rose quartz and an amethyst make a smokey quartz". I think that pretty much shows that A+B will always equal C when it comes to gems.

It's strange to me that they chose such a lackluster storyline when Flanders was right there. I thought when he cried about his dead wives Homer would try to cheer him up somehow. Especially considering how much he liked him at that moment. But they were content to leave Flanders sad, and that makes me sad.

She didn't immediately become a villain. She attempted to be their friends and show them how to use their powers but they rejected her.
