It was a fun journey, but I've never felt the slightest inclination to watch it again. And forget the ending: the whole of the last year was a disaster.

Yup, agreed. They're not so awful that they kill the episode dead, but if they're meant as comic relief (which they obviously are) it's a fail. Luckily their screentime has been short.

The best episode of the UK Office has Martin Freeman's character try to explain the Fox, Rabbit and Cabbage conundrum to someone else. Doubt it was intentional, but I did notice that.

Last week I said I hoped Lester would get away with it.

I have to admit I did find it really out of character. I know in a year he's become an Alpha Male or whatever, but I find it hard to believe he also had memory loss and completely forgotten how utterly terrified of Malvo he was.

RATM were the Godfathers of Nu-Metal. Discuss.

I think Green Day are genuinely awful, but I feel like their deserved hatesong entry was wasted on this guy. After the first couple of questions he had nothing to say.

It was weird seeing that number - if it happened in real life it'd probably be the biggest news story of the year in the US.

I don't find the FBI guys funny - I'm always waiting for their scenes to end - but I assume they'll have some part in the resolution if we're still spending time with them.

I hope he gets away with it too. I like Freeman's portrayal and there's something vicariously enjoyable about seeing someone take their fate into their own hands… however immorally.

"Then, the big speech during Celebrity Big Brother, supposed to be brave
and eye-opening, is just an embarrassment. Gervais just repeats stuff
that people have said about reality television hundreds of times."

Someone thinks Coldplay are boring? My eyes have been opened!!

Did he promise to explore much of the world outside the agency? I don't recall him saying that.

As a straight white male it never really bothered me.

Is Mad Men the only "great" American drama of recent times that doesn't use the threat of death and/or violence for suspense? I sometimes wonder if that put some people off it.
