i'm not vegetarian but my wife is, so a lot of times i do get protein through vegetarian sources. a lot of nuts/nut butters, hemp, and quinoa to get non-soy/beany protein. but lentils and chickpeas are just good as hell so those get used a lot, too.

lakewood has definitely become my favorite brewery, and it did it kind of sneakily. there really are no bad bottles from them.
