The government does get to seize your property when you break the law. These laws are in place because the majority of the population has voted for representatives who agree or don't give a shit. It isn't an abdication of due process just because you don't like it.

I mean I don't want to call you stupid, but are you actually of the opinion it's stealing or are you just saying that for some reason. When you break the law with a vehicle they can legally move it...

I'm one of those weird people who doesn't have an issue with speeding or parking fines at all. Never had a parking fine, have had a speeding fine. The roads would be terrible if we didn't have rules enforced. I particularly don't have an issue with parking fines.

How is towing stealing? I would have no problem with them stealing the cars but they don't they just tow them off to a lot were you can pay a fine and get your car back.
