Admittedly slightly more advanced than the content of this article, but if you use the terminal a lot, there are quite a few tricks to speed things up which many beginners don’t know:

For most people, perhaps, but for me...

You know you can turn off auto updates on individual games, right?

I also always do this, but only because I am a menace in the kitchen.

Consider blocking access to objectionable sites not with a browser extension but with something more robust like DNS or a network device.

Some of the latest dishwashers will actually automatically open the door. Not that I’m an expert by any means, but I’ve recently been in the market.

Be careful with call blocking services, particularly the ones that are independent of your phone service provider. Read the Terms of Service very carefully.

It’s a common practice in the UK, I know because... reasons >.<

I wish I could un-see this article. As soon as I update it’s all I’m going to notice now when I truthfully probably would never have spotted it before.

Trump: “I didn’t not say that I wouldn’t not end DACA... not.”

There is nothing above Ramen though.

If you don’t use a word regularly, you won’t ever accidentally ‘blurt’ it out in an inappropriate setting. It won’t even cross your mind to say it, because it isn’t habit.

I was in this exact same boat last night when I got the email.

The training here is pretty decent for being free:

I only half agree with you on this. It’s true that it tells the attacker that there is a much larger keyspace, but it also helps an attacker narrow down common patterns which many users tend to use when a site presents them with such restrictions.

This is an interesting design for a password strength meter that attempts to calculate how difficult the given password would be to crack.
