Yeah, I’ve grown up with the ingrained habit of checking labels for gluten free, processed in a factory that does GF, barley, etc lol. But it would be really distressing if products specifically made to be GF are still contaminated.
How’s the FODMAP thing working out for you?

I have a close relative who has Celiac’s, she was diagnosed about 15 years ago. On one hand, all the available products is nice, but on the other—this whole thing has turned into a giant cultural joke and I REALLY scared some smug person wherever preparing her food won’t give a shit when she asks for gluten free.
