That IS a great quote and so true. Nice post.

LOL the nature definitely had me hooked on this one! When you're randomly fighting a group of pirates and suddenly they yell "Holy shit it's a Komodo Dragon!!" and start running away it makes my week
LMFAO ^_^ If you only knew how many times I have literally jumped out of my chair as I'm climbing into a boat thinking a shark is about to eat me and ALL it too was ONCE for a shark to actually be clinging to my leg and I lost it- I yelled like I was being probed. Effing scary, I'm glad I'm not alone.
LOVED IT. To be honest I thought the pace of the movie was a little more fluid than the first LOTR, which to me had a lot more suuuper slow points (though I understand LOTR was a little more drawn out due to the grandiose scale of the story)
Ya because senseless shootings weren't ever around till video games.... Yeeaaah I'll be most likely playing Halo 4 on the 21st, but will happily show my support for not killing others with guns (or games) by simply not killing anyone, as I do every other day.
Sounds like someone took an extra emo pill today lol. I liked that the characters were assholes. Seemed more like real life to me.
It's so that players are less susceptible to breaking the controller in half when they hear bad PS3 news like patches will be delayed, DLC won't be available and that their payment information was hacked and stolen. Not a terrible idea at all!
geez that's another horrible one
OH GOD WHY!! WHERE AM I?! lmfao this is a really good example
:( same here my friend. I loved the first two and wouldn't pass up giving this one an hour or thirty!
haha right there with you when it comes to remembering the objective, especially in a gorgeous open world like this
That's what I was wondering but I'm guessing not if he decided to write about it. This game looks way too beautiful to have all that madness in the way
Ugh that's hard to hear man- I feel like Far Cry 2 did a great job of letting you enjoy the beautiful scenery. No clue why they have those super bright and huge HUD pieces.
Well said, same here. Sometimes when I play games I'm depressed, sometimes I play them to escape depressed feelings and replace those with feelings of accomplishment or just blowing some heads off
Agreed. Hated Tombstone since the original and it was remmade twice to my horror. Had to play it through two more Halo games. Almost every one of these maps is indeed a spiritual representative of old maps and I'm cool with that. just pls give us more maps. Tired of playing the same 4 over and over in one playlist
Haha classic. can't wait to play this tonight.
Yeah I've been having that too, couldn't figure out if it was facebook or gawker/kotaku tabs doing it
Would dramamine or something like that help?? I'm so sorry you haven't been able to try it yet- Dishonored is simply amazing. Other than I want it to be 60 hours long and open world but there's always hope for a sequel. And threequel.
Dishonored definitely has a Bioshock universe feel to me; the controls feel similar but sped up and a little more fluid. The way I described it to a buddy was a perfect blend of (first person) Assassins Creed, Bioshock, Half Life and a jump like Deus Ex. Currently on my second playthrough.
Thank you for typing out precisely what I was thinking much more eloquently than I would have @Livewire99
