Uhhh actually Warren had low favorable ratings (in the 40s) when she was running for Senate. People don’t like women who ask for promotions. So maybe her ratings wouldn’t be quite as low as Clinton’s, but there’s no reason to think she’d be immune from the usual effects of bias on women’s perceived likability.

Except that you can’t truly judge opinions of Warren when she’s a hypothetical candidate and therefore not seen as actual threat. It’s disingenuous to pretend that a lot of that supposed good will wouldn’t evaporate the moment she had to temerity to run for president while possessing a vagina.
