It’s odd. I’m a white girl, hardcore into afro-futurism, so I really have no say. But ,I i I know plenty of black women who think this is weirder than I do. (I’m in New Orleans, where things blend a little more.)

He experimented a lot on himself to find out what treatments worked, what the side effects were, etc. His “look” was more about him caring to find out about effects on his patients, than his own esthetic.

I actually checked because I couldn’t remember, and lo and behold, I was one of the women who signed up and never checked back. Disclosure: open relationship, husband thought it was hilarious.

I had a female friend who did short haul tomato trucking and loved it! Short haul may be the way to go.
