I saw a video of a cop in (I believe) Seattle kneeling on someone’s back/neck in the protests to restrain him, getting shouted at, and not moving. Their partner who was down on the ground with the handcuffs grabbed this cop’s knee and pulled his whole leg off the guy on the ground.
