Looks more like the BRZ/FRS/GT86 to me.

There is absolutely no resemblance whatsoever? WTF are you looking at?
The great thing about a used E60 is you can get the V8 for nearly the same price as the turbo 6, without any of the problems. You can’t do it in the e90 unless you buy the M3 which in a different price bracket.
It was waste gate seal that didn’t hold up and linkage that rattled. I’m going on my third set in 150k miles.
Congrats to your brother! Those cars seem very appealing.
I follow these, too...because I price *everything* online. For a 2011 (first year of the LCI/facelift model for the coupe and cabriolet)...sure, $20K-$25K is about the price range you can expect for one with reasonable miles on it. But a 2007 is, on average, going to be well under $20K...and many are at or under that…
Price is probably right based upon mileage/yr. I had a loaded 2008 sedan with about 93k on the clock. Dealer I traded at listed it at around $17k on resale. The one featured has over 130k on the clock, which would realistically bring the price under $15k. Given mileage, some issues with 2007 models, and my knowledge…
You shouldn’t be paying anywhere near $25k for a 2007 335i. I bought my 2011 335d with 30k miles on it, a CPO warranty, and free maintenance for two yeras from a dealer for $28k. It has the premium package as well.
Anything with the fantastic BMW 3.0L inline-6 twin turbo engine will be amazing, so here’s a 2007 BMW 335is and you can keep the change.
MKIII Supra
Turbo Beetle
Because the first Porsche is still the best. (unless you count the tanks but we’re just gonna forget that part of history for a second here.)
It’s green, it has no hood, it will kill you.
None of these things matter.
And it’s certified. Which is almost the same thing as bonafide. Unless you’re the damn paterfamilias.
Volvo 850 T5....130k on the clock, comes with fresh TÜV...yours for 3 grand:
MK6 GTI. You can get a fairly decent for around $15k. Probably one of the better choices for a German car in that price range.
2007 Volvo V70 T5....five speed manual, wagon, 160k on the clock, current bid at 810 british pounds with 3 days to go. These go for well below 5 grand, so will this one.
2007 BMW 335i. 94k miles. $14.5K OBO. N54 inline 6 twin turbo. 270whp/300wtq stock. With a $500 tune and some E85, you’re at 390whp/420wtq. That’s about 450hp at the crank for those who don’t understand WHP. In other words, these are quick. It got a forged crankshaft and connecting rods and single turbo conversions…
When In Doubt. B5 Audi S4 Stage 3. 400 hp and 400 lbft all day on oem+ parts.
Not eBay, but...
