Unacceptably Dry Scones

I was extremely surprised to see a Lucid Air on the road on Monday. It had presence for sure.

The fast food chains do have “value” menus, but that food is almost always crap.

I like that the oil cooler is also the fender/mudflap. Very smart piece of design there.

I build custom furniture as a side hustle. I shipped a coffee table across the country by truck freight. When it arrived, it was a pile of broken sticks, inexplicably in a completely different crate than I shipped it in.

I was 9 years old when these came out. I was a safety patrol at my elementary school, on car line duty. I remember a new Miata rolling up, and the door handle being weird, like just large enough for a single finger. I’d opened a lot of doors, and this one stood out for sure.

The automatic is a especially sad trombone. It would have elevated this piece of shit from “Ugh” to “Meh”.

What’s with the 3 piece BBS wheels? And why are they like 3 sizes too small?

It’s a reminder that trucks and SUV’s should be included in CAFE standards. These dumb things will be used as regular, on-road passenger vehicles for 90% of the time. Count them as such.

Fuel Shark!

NP for me.

Step 1: Throw in trash.

Re: Lincoln Continental

Is pizza a hotdog? I mean, you fold the crust in half, and there is sausage meat in there sometimes...

Holy shit, this moronic thing is still going on? What a bunch of pathetic losers.

Maybe if it were in perfect condition. As it sits? Nope.

I heard an interview with the author on NPR and it sounded great. Between that interview and these pics, I’m in. Ordering it today.

Was it like that before the original “The Fast and the Furious” movie?

Lincoln did it with the 2020 Continental. It sold out in 48 hours.

The answer to every automotive question is 1969 Dodge Charger.

This one is easy: Rear wheel spats.
