The six speed is/was still a perfectly good car, the extra two speeds are only a marginal improvement. I'd be pretty upset though, if I had bought a 2010 Mustang with a 4.6 and didn't know about the 2011 5.0.

Cars aren't phone and tablets. The last 4 generations of M3's have stuck with the same engine and transmission for the duration of its life cycle. You can say that about the vast majority of cars.

A BMW M4 that will keep the same engine and transmission through the duration of its life. Like the last 4 models did that preceded it.

Ahh. Fake hood scoops. I have a 2004 Mach 1 with a functional hood scoop and use it as reason to make fun of my co-worker's 2014 Genesis Coupe which has fake hood scoops as well as another co-worker's 1986 IROC-Z which has fake hood louvers.

I pick my son up in a 2012 Boss 302. The other kids love it, though I do get the occasional stink eye from one of the moms.
