Did anybody else realize that they listed 8 countries, but theres only 7 keys?

Why does everybody thrash AT&T? Sure they have a few problems, but nobody's perfect. I have personally never had a dropped call on AT&T, and I'd be willing to bet a lot of people are just saying that to give AT&T a bad name.
