Yup, that's the point of Kickstarter. The few projects I've backed have been based off of me liking the idea and the pedigree behind the team making it. I've never been influenced by a proof-of-concept video because I know the final product won't look anything like that.

Will it be terrible? Most definitely yes.

Yea, it's almost like they're trying to get funding to make the game and this is only a pitch video for potential donators. Or something.

"Another comedy video pertaining to video games on a blog that features news, commentary and entertainment from the world of video games, folks."

Vegeta and Nappa both used scouters and they were definitely not human.

The fact that this game is coming out should give you your answer.

Was going to say the same exact thing, navigating on the Game Pad, pretty stuff going on the TV. However my comment was going to be a vote for a console ADVANCE WARS!

A long time now? The Wii was just last generation and that the furthest from a failure you can get. So you're basing your argument on a bad first year and a half that the Wii U has been on the market?

Good on this guy for making a game that looks pretty sweet. But his lack of enthusiasm and monotone voice is putting me to sleep.

Yup, that's one of the biggest roles of the PR/community manager.

I also like him in Elf, The Station Agent, 30 Rock and X-men — and his voice performance in this still blows.

Ahh, I see what the problem is: You don't watch GoT :p

I'd say Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts are the worst fanboys. Remember that Lightning Returns review on here? Actual death threats by multiple commenters followed...

Yea, the Wii U does feel a lot closer to a sequel to Gamecube, despite its name.

I got one this week based on two factors: Nintendo's strong E3 and Mario Kart 8. I've been on the fence with the new batch of consoles and find that the Wii U, coupled with my gaming PC, is all I really need. Besides a few exclusives for X1 and PS4, the PC will be able to play the majority of what are going to those

The only games I've been looking forward to on Vita have been a handful of indie titles I already have on PC.

I'm with you. While I'll be very tempted to get a PS4 for this game and MGS (which I'm crossing my fingers that it'll come to PC), the Wii U looks to bring experiences that the PC won't allow (primarily Smash and Mario Kart).

You remember when Sonic used to not talk, ran fast in a 2D world and didn't have developers trying to shoehorn dumb stories into them? Remember when Sonic was all about collecting rings, beating your time scores and fighting some fat dude in robot mechs? I miss those days...

Yea, besides the fact that nobody is developing games for it, the Vita is not dead! :/

Didn't you watch Sony's press conference? The Vita is dead...
