Ditto - I haven't worn flip flops on a bike since the time my sandal got caught in the chain and dragged my foot with it, resulting in 7 stitches on the ball of my right foot and three weeks of crutches. Highly recommend wearing closed toe shoes with a back.

I did that once when I was about 10. My flip flop slipped off and I got my toes caught in the chain and gears. I still have a nice scar on my big toe because of it. Nope. Not worth it.

This is a really disturbing article. The meat industry is a sad, selfish one that profits off of breeding and slaughtering live, conscious animals before they're ready to die or even had a chance to live. I'm really sad to see articles like this on this website.
