This is my main reason for disagreeing with horizontal style as well. Having to deal with razor sharp edges when you’re trying to get the last bit of delicious whatever out of the bottom of the can, is no fun.

Remove partially for lid opening, remove all the way after rinsing, before disposing. That’s how I roll.

In public at all in the summer is a bit harsh.  There’s a pretty strict no shorts unwritten rule where I work though that you get shamed pretty hard on if you break, and I’m in total agreement with it.

Worked retail in the produce dept. at a grocery store for 5-6 years in my younger days, not exactly front line customer service like a server or cashier, but still had to deal with my fair share of shitty customers, and I’ll always remember how nice it is when a customer is actually polite to you.  I am 100% on board…
