I could never get into My Time At Portia myself, the only games like these I could get into are Stardew Valley (thousands of hours on various platforms), Rune Factory DS and Graveyard Keeper...and the last one I quit as there was too much shit going on.

I could have owned this game back in the day when I saw it for £1 but didnt pick it up as I thought it was one by the Oliver Twins from Amiga, C64 etc. Excellent game and easily the best GB game.

Wasnt Spielberg doing a Blackhaws movie for DC?  Of course DC is a bit different than Marvel seeing they seem to let their directors have more free reign (for better or worse in WW84 case).

I’ve only played Bayonetta 2 but it’s totally a “childish” game, the whole thing seems to have been written by a 10 year old boy.

As for Nintendo’s future in the mobile game space, it’s not looking great. The last game it released was Mario Kart Tour in 2019.

Out of all of the Pixar movies that were released after Covid, Lightyear should have been the one that skipped cinemas. Its not a bad movie, it just doesn’t seem to have the care and attention of say Luca, Turning Red or Soul. It feels like a good streaming movie.

Saying Morbius is becoming a cult classic like The Room is a bit fucking stupid. The Room was entertainingly bad. It’s not even like Suicide Squad which is bad but bad bad. Morbius is just nothing which is the worst kind of movie.

Nintendo very rarely buys studios and if they do its ones they’ve worked with for decades and were basically exclusively making games for them anyway.

Its fine, they’ll get another indie director to do some partial directing on this while some others do the set pieces.

Yeah that is still hitting HBO Max this year, but fuck knows if we’ll know why he is suddenly in the DCEU as that could be a big spoiler for The Flash and most likely wont be delayed as HBO Max needs those subs!
