I still can't believe Nintendo went along with the changes in Conker and published it (though THQ put it out here) and funnily enough the Xbox version is more censored!

Well for me the plot, dialogue, characters were big enough to fuck the game up...oh and the terrible controls, level design & and shoed in pointer game mechanics.

I still watch it, some episodes are decent. It's a shame that they have to do so many for one season, if they could stick to 12 a season it'll be far better.

I'm not a fan of the technique, while DKC looks better than most it has aged many titles quite badly (Mario RPG). It's even worse on the 8 bit handhelds, Rare carried on using it for a number of its titles.

They'vebeen around ever since the first home computer. Every "best Zx81 games ever" list is chock full of games by bedroom coders.

As already mentioned, other studios have released bad titles before moving on to much better things. Nintendo recently bought Next Level who did some terrible licensed games but also seem extremely good at developing games in existing Nintendo franchises.

They'll just get someone else to do the updates. Everyone expected a new KI game to be done by Rare seeing the series was theirs but obviously either they don't want to do it or are too busy doing Kinect crap so Microsoft got someone else. The main work is done, someone else could easily step in...a lot of games DLC…

PC maybe but Killer Instinct is a Rare property and Rare are owned by Microsoft. It won't be heading to none Microsoft consoles.

It's not banned at all, there are places like Private & Anne Summers that sell them on the high street (dunno if it's hardcore or not) and there are top shelf magazines that have DVD's and such (again no idea if it's hardcore) freely available to buy in a lot of newsagents though the big brand chains don't stock…

I was really disappointed with the 3DS versions of Mario Golf and Tennis ditching the RPG aspects completely. I played the GBC/GBA games far more than the console counterparts because of this and made me wish Camelot would venture outside of Mario and do the same with F-Zero.

More people need to use "numbnut" as an insult.

This looks great to me but I'd have loved it if the battles played like the Mario & Luigi series.

Sure, a series that still gets a lot of mentions on many popular websites, a videogame that is quite well hyped and also featured on a lot of websites and has people saying "hey did you see South Park last night?" the night after being broadcast sure means it's no longer relevant.
