According to this [konami.com] it seems that the US versions won't come with PW HD. So I guess that only US PS3 version that has PW in it.

I bought the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition on PS3 a few days ago. Completed the Story Mode, tried out the Arcade Ladder and Tag Ladder, and now is progressing the Challenge Tower. By far is the best Mortal Kombat since MK2/MK3 imho, and definitely has a lot of stuff.
